Simply the best!
I love meat. I raise and butcher 200 chickens per year for three families (mine included). Believe me, I know good meat.
Sulmona's service is top notch. I only get there 4-6 times a year, but I feel they recognize me (perhaps not; but that's not important, as I feel they do).
I also raise grass fed beef (which requires a different cooking style and expectation).
That said, when I need something I cannot produce that is extradordinary, I go to Sulmona's.
Usually I buy a few dozen sausage, which I've tried to replicate but just can't. I've bought just about everything and it is all top notch.
Basically, when it comes to food preparation, it really does matter who prepares it - the attention and attitude that goes into it.
The meat is prepared to your specifications and never dissapoints.
A meal "Made with Love" does not start when you bring your meat home!
